Is there really NO deposit? What's the catch?
No catch! We trust our clients and operate on an honor system. We believe planning a party is stressful enough without complicated payment policies. Simply book your date, and we'll be there.
What is your cancellation policy?
Since we don't take a deposit, we simply ask for your courtesy. If you need to cancel, please provide us with at least 48 hours' notice so we can offer the time slot to another family.
Are there any travel fees or hidden costs?
Absolutely not. For any event within Staten Island, the package price is your final price. There are no hidden travel, setup, or material fees.
How do I pay on the day of the event?
Payment is due upon our arrival or at the conclusion of our service. We accept Cash, Zelle, or Venmo for easy, contact-free payment.
How many faces can you paint in an hour?
It depends on the complexity of the designs. On average, we can paint about 10-15 quality designs per hour. We focus on creating beautiful faces, not rushing through a line.
